Yes you can submit your website to search engines from the control panel. to submit your website:
1)Login to your account
2)select the domain you want to submit
3)select the "remote admin for sitebuilder" button
4) select the desktop tab
5)click "manage your site"
6)select your domain
7)and click search engine submit
8)select between google and MSN and follow the instructions.

Always remember to use the keyword feature on the edit page when designing your website. keywords are important to search engine optimization and can help with your page ranking.
